Client Support Manager
Current- Serve as the main contact for customers, facilitating technical, operational, training, and administrative support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to develop and implement effective support strategies aligned with customer needs.- Oversee the resolution of escalated customer issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and maintaining high-quality support standards.- Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure team readiness and continuous improvement.I'm always willing to lend a hand where needed, so this list is by no means exhaustive of my skillset! :)
