This position entails comprehensive involvement in the PMER domain, with a focus on supporting both emergency and long-term community initiatives executed by the Indonesia Red Cross (PMI) and the Timor-Leste Red Cross (CVTL). This encompasses a range of operations, from epidemic responses like COVID-19 to natural disaster interventions and community resilience projects. 1. Project Design & Implementation- Assist in the formulation of robust project proposals, ensuring alignment with both emergency operations and long-term community projects for PMI and CVTL.- Contribute to the development and enhancement of project planning documents, integrating measurable milestones. 2. M&E - Design comprehensive M&E plans tailored for specific operations/development projects- Develop detailed project narratives, including the Theory of Change, Logic Models, and Logical Frameworks to ensure a clear vision and anticipated outcomes.- Establish and maintain pertinent project indicators for a variety of initiatives, providing a quantifiable method to track progress and success.- Initiate and oversee an integrated M&E system, streamlining data collection using tools like KOBO and ensuring efficient data management.3. Reporting & Documentation:- Consolidate data to produce comprehensive reports tailored for a range of stakeholders, from public audiences to specific donors, ensuring accountability.- Collaborate with the PMER manager to execute surveys, assessments, and reviews, diligently documenting processes, evaluations, and lessons learned.- Serve as a pivotal liaison for PMER-related activities in operations like COVID-19, coordinating closely with donors such as USAID for timely updates.4. In this specialized role, I served dual capacities, contributing to National Society Development (NSD) and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (PMER) for the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) and Timor-Leste Red Cross (CVTL). NSD primarily involved administrative undertakings, while my PMER role emphasized strategic planning and detailed report development.1. Administrative Tasks:- Project Management & Coordination: Spearheaded the facilitation of the Readiness Project across PMI and CVTL, emphasizing youth empowerment, volunteer growth, and resource mobilization. Organized and assisted in project meetings, organized and disseminated meeting invitations, took meeting notes,, and ensured consistent communication with stakeholders.- Operational Administration: managed various administrative tasks for PMER and NSD, including translation work, preparing for consultancy contracts, and preparing for requisitions (procuring goods/services). - Financial Reporting: Oversaw and processed financial reports sent by partners for reimbursement, composed detailed financial reports, and ensured meticulous documentation, which was later dispatched to the finance team for thorough review.2. Planning and Reporting Tasks:- Project Design & Proposal: Assisted in the development of project proposals and detailed project planning documents, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives and intended outcomes.- PMER Strategy & Implementation: Played a vital role in supporting COVID-19 operations in Indonesia and Timor-Leste, with tasks ranging from data collection and consolidation to reporting for a seamless flow of information.- Coordination & Report Compilation: Collaborated with partners to develop comprehensive reports intended for diverse audiences, from public stakeholders to specific donors.

- Assist the IFRC organizational development to support PMI and CVTL for youth and volunteer development initiative - Assist in the organizational development and capacity building work with PMI and CVTL in resources mobilization.- Assist in developing training materials for national society and IFRC staff related to PMER and NSD area- Assist where necessary in note taking for meetings and workshops/trainings- Prepare financial settlements including to vouch and validate all supporting documents to ensure relevancy and reliability of information provided, and updated in settlement tracking tool.- Arrange translation service, consultancy contract, logistics and other administrative works- Due to COVID-19 pandemic, support PMER Sr. Officer in writing weekly situation report of PMI and CVTL regarding COVID-19 situation in respective countries.

Participated in IPB Community Service Program and I was served as Village Coordinator for Desa Nibung, Bangka Tengah, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. As I lead 5 other IPB students, together we also designed and implemented programs that meet community’ needs which related with agriculture and local tourism programs. We also developed and maintained a sound working relationship with local stakeholders, such as Nibung Village Official, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah PUPR & Dinas Pertanian

Working under the Urban Water Research Cluster with its mission to support the leapfrogging of Indonesian and Australian through rapid uptake of context-specific water practices. As a part-time project assistant, I was responsible to support in obtaining primary data, translating project reports, and organizing international-scale workshops and seminars.

As a part of PTI Paragon Scholarship Awardee from IPB University, we were mandated to implement a social project that can benefit community. Our project called "Geng Bacaku" with its vision to improve elementary school students literacy. I was responsible to develop a curriculum of project which consist of various programs, such as Geng Bacaku on Show, Docling (DIY and recyling), Ecofunopoly (Monopoly with environmental context), Garchild (Garden for children), Doraemon (Dongeng Ceria bersama Paragon), and Peri Manis (Cerpen Ceria sambil Membaca dan Menulis).
