Campaign #ForABetterWorld is a social startup that launched a social action platform that provides a safe and dedicated space for campaign organizers to challenge their supporters to take social action and open up donations from sponsors. Each campaign challenge consists of a series of social actions aimed at educating and developing new social habits in users' daily lives.As an outreach intern, I was responsible with:- Created dashboard monitoring for Open Call Projects based on organizer domicile, projects, and daily focus to determine new strategies to achieve Flagships project targets.- Participated in two Flagship projects, #Friendship4Peace and #EyeCareForAll.- Seek a new organizer with the acquisition team aiming for 30-50 organizers each week for every Flagship project.- Analyzed 120+ organizers who joined #Friendship4Peace projects with an emphasizing the quality of peacebuilding from the application process to help them join the social movement with Campaign #ForABetterWorld. - Analyzed 80+ organizers who joined #EyeCareForAll projects with an emphasizing the quality of cataract and eye care from the application process to help them join the social movement with Campaign #ForABetterWorld. - Supported 60+ organizers in launching challenges and social campaigns on the Campaign #ForABetter World app.- Maintaining good relationships with 70% of organizers who joined flagship projects with Campaign #ForABetterWorld from all over Indonesia. - Improved communication effectively with different organizers to engage them in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld projects.- Updated Database Tracker Organizers for 2024 from Q1 to Q3.

Esports UGM is a student activity unit with a sharp focus on developing the soft skill of individuals and teams, using esports as a learning medium. This student activity unit was officially established on January 18, 2023, and accommodates students at UGM who excel in esports to participate in various esports tournaments. As chair, I was responsible with: - In charge of pioneering the UGM Esports Community into a UKM Esports UGM- Oversaw the Corporate and Organizational field consisting of 3 divisions, as well as the Games, Athletics and Talent field consisting of 4 divisions- Led a team of 37 executives, coordinating community events, and ensuring the inclusive engagement of 200 members in our dynamic gaming community.- Provided guidance and training to every division and staff in the organization- Build internal bonding through social gatherings, community gatherings, and traveling activities- Created a mood board and work timeline for 1 year period (January - December 2023)- Built networks with other universities in Indonesia, especially Yogyakarta (UI, ITS, UKDW, UPNVYK, UNY, Amikom)- Built networks with IESPA Jateng, and ESI DIY as an esports federation in Indonesia - Maintaining a good relationship with Ditmawa UGM as a stakeholder in UKM esports

The UGM Esports Community is a group initiated by the academic community of UGM. This community was officially established on January 5, 2019, and serves as an initial platform to accommodate UGM students who excel in esports, to participate in the first inter-campus esports tournament in Indonesia - the Indonesia Esports League University Series season 1 in the same year.Help and assist the head of Valorant by being in charge of the Valorant UGM Professional Team consisting a total of 17 members and a community of 68 members with the following responsibilities:- Searched and set team schedules for training and sparring three times a week for four consecutive months - Supervise and direct the entire team members during competitions- Build internal relationships between team members through team-building activities and training programs based on the members' preferences- Built and expanded networks with other Valorant teams in Indonesia and any Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Philiphines, Singapore), including university teams and regular Valorant teams- Conduct a community gathering along with professional members of the Valorant UGM team to deliver material about Valorant knowledge and soft skills
