I am an experienced senior level manager in the non-profit, community services and health sectors. My high level leadership ability, operational management and clinical governance skills are well honed after many years of overseeing large teams. I am a skilled communicator, negotiator and mediator, with well-developed people skills and team building ability.  I have extensive experience with organisational and clinical governance having sat on the Fremantle Medicare Local Clinical Governance Committee, the Anglicare WA Service Quality Committee and having chaired Communicare’s Humanitarian Settlement Steering Committee. I have keen financial acumen and am comfortable with financial modelling, outcome reporting and business development within the non-profit sector. I have postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration and Organisational Psychology, Public Health (Forensic Sexology), Counselling and Psychology.
