March 2019-Present: Developer and Director of the Data for Health Global Grants program, an initiative to improve public health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. Responsibilities include leading a consultative process to define the mission and scope; developing all program systems, tools and guidance; building out the team and engaging partners, including national governments and overseeing all aspects of grant making and monitoring. Since 2019, the multi-million dollar initiative has grown to 132 projects across 53 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.
