As a designer and strategic partner on the team, we improved operational efficiency and built a 0 to 1 mobile native app for inspecting violations at HOAs (homeowner association) in 6 months.- Responsible for two products in the North American market, partnering with two product managers on this mission.- Worked on end-to-end processes, from the strategy phase to interface design.- Conducted data analysis, discovery, research, interface designs, and testing with final users.- The biggest challenge was understanding North American culture, so research processes were essential to align products with the cultural context of the target market.- Designed wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other visuals to communicate design intent.

Worked closely with the dev team, marketing and sales to build new products on desktop and mobile. Here are some projects I've worked on:- A research tool for restaurants that uses a chatbot to evaluate the customers' experience regarding the food, environment, service, and cleaning, gathering all these pieces of information in a responsive dashboard for the restaurant's owner data analysis.- The redesign of a restaurant reservations/coupons app to improve customer experience and add new features to the existing product.
