Created and achieved retail sales plan, meeting all financial targets in partnership with ULTA. Supported and responded to retailer needs, presented solutions, and designed exclusive initiatives across in-store and product innovation in partnership with our brand team on COVERGIRL. Managed the entire ULTA.com business and strategy for all Coty Consumer Beauty brands - COVERGIRL, Clairol, Sally Hansen and Mass Fragrance.

Supported the Coty Consumer Beauty business at ULTA and Target for color cosmetics brands COVERGIRL, Sally Hansen and Rimmel. Drove retailer strategy in exclusive innovation, in-store excellence, and e-commerce expansion.

High-touch relationship management of Anna Beck's Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's business in stores and online. Oversight and execution of brand education, field merchandising, product design, and pricing strategy. Partnering closely with these crucial retailers at both the buyer and store level to maximize sales growth.
