CurrentGeneral Creative Services Manager, Summit Marketing Communications (internal ad agency)Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations and the financial management of Summit Marketing Communications. Work with each of the key Sir Speedy, PIP, Signal Graphics, and TeamLogic IT corporate stakeholders on the strategic and creative direction for all marketing and advertising initiatives. ♦ Manage the TeamLogic IT campaign evolution, strategic alignment and concept development that differentiates the brand in a highly competitive landscape. ♦ Responsible for TeamLogic IT retargeting campaign strategic direction, creative design and conversions leading to improved click-through rates of 40% year-over-year.♦ Oversee the strategy, creative and workflow of all brand-building email campaigns in Infusionsoft for 450 franchisees targeting sales prospects and clients; over 1.2M emails are sent monthly across all brands. ♦ Curate content, visuals, case studies, whitepapers and product sheets highlighting core services for email campaigns and sales teams. ♦ Develop the direct mail strategy and execution for each brand resulting in 25 unique mailings yearly. ♦ Lead strategy, manage budgets and write copy for social media campaigns to generate engagement and conversion.♦ Direct the design, development and execution of all online and offline marketing projects, including quarterly brand magazines, newsletters and video content to support sales teams. ♦ Supervise, direct and motivate internal in-house graphic designer and external creative partners in graphic design, asset creation and production to execute against assigned campaigns. ♦ Prepare monthly operations reports, manage monthly profit and loss statements and develop the annual budget of $2 million.♦ Handle contract negotiations and onboarding of outside agencies, vendors and freelancers.
