Bringing the Mobility Plus franchise to the state of Arizona and assisting with the marketing for franchisees. Mobility Plus is a premiere durable medical equipment company ranking in the top 100 of new franchises (Fortune) and #1 in mobility solutions companies (Entrepreneur 500 list 2022) that allows people to go where they want to go.

Onboarded over 40 new franchisees with quick start marketing packages, setting up their digital accounts on Google Business and social media accounts, and teaching each owner a marketing class. In addition, worked on refining the company's brand presentation and voice with custom art, blogs, store décor, signage, handouts, newsletters, desk calendar, corporate communication, brochures, banners, social media posts, ads, logos, brand assets, and forms. Helped coordinate the company's first conference in Phoenix, AZ with over 75 attendees (from all over the United States) and set up a corporate merchandise store for marketing materials. Working closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, and Director of Strategy, assisted in setting up multiple programs; including a referral program, a gift card program, a mobility equipment cleaning program, an online rental program, multiple marketing incentives, an internal networking platform and improved company communications.

Assisted with the reopening of this Arizona historic resort. Responsible for first website, resort digital communication (social media, newsletters, website updates, Google business,...), branding development, coffee table book, photography, graphic design development (brochures, postcards, experience guides, compendium, property map, hiking trails, restaurant logo, menus, beer label, flyers, ads, promotional items, etc.), opening and documentary event planning, resort history recorder, NAVIS driven marketing, and multiple creative projects.

Over the course of 8 years, I created (designed and coded) in excess of 75 websites. My portfolio includes projects for companies of all sizes – large corporations (ASU, Honeywell, McKesson Speciality, Kronos), non-profits (Arizona Tourism Alliance, Friends of Arizona Highways, Maggie’s Place) and start-ups (Eddie Johnson’s Jumpshot Club, Jessica Knits, Schimmel Art). In addition, I produced email campaigns, logos, forms, printed catalogs & fliers, DVD covers, marketing plans, databases, purchased advertising media slots, and advised clients with business plans that far exceeded the scope of internet work. I handled all client communication including sales pitch, process education, design concept presentation, development communication and completion of projects.
