Activities:At 4orange my main tasks concern analysis on customer data and use 4orange household data to deepen insights even further. Besides this I coordinate the development of our software solutions Connect (data management platform) and DMTools (file editing).I advise my colleagues about GDPR implications. From 2018 until 2020 I worked 3 days a week for Consumentenbond as interim data analyst. I executed data selections and analysis on the Consumentenbond database and I performed other data manipulating tasks. I learned to work with SAS and I developed basic Power BI skills.As of 2019 Consumentenbond is organized according to the Holacracy principles. This means that I am used to work and have meetings in Holacracy-style.Other projects I participated in:- I have been involved in a project in which we are connecting a third party online retargeting platform to our own offline campaign management software 4orange Connect. As a result of this we are able to develop campaigns in which online and offline channels are integrated: offline customers can be targeted online and vice versa.- Operational lead in proof of concept for installing 4orange Connect at an automobile company.

We use customer intelligence techniques to provide added value to marketing and sales.Besides managing the team I am responsible for executing and reporting Net Promotor Score surveys for all brands.
