I went through three different positions within the company, I started in the Internship, advanced to Commercial Assistant and soon after I rose to the position of Sales Business Development. In all, I worked in the commercial sector and pre-sales customer service, managing the commercial sector's agenda, as well as negotiating contracts in the B2B format. As the marketing strategy was focused on foreign trade, I was able to apply my knowledge of international trade in customer relations to negotiate the best contract that could manage their risk. I worked strongly in the development and analysis of new business, always pointing out to the team which clients matched the ideal client profile.

As an intern, I was able to learn the most varied methods of ALTERNATIVE CONFLICT RESOLUTION of a business nature. In my role, I was able to carry out academic research for the development of projects, such as the Business Negotiation and Mediation Course. I also worked in several other researches, in Portuguese and English, for the elaboration of content and digital media. It can be listed in this way that the objectives achieved in this internship were: Personal and professional improvement of academic research, Development of organization and creation of projects, and Broadening the horizon of knowledge in the area of CONFLICT MEDIATION.

With the main function of promoting the young internationalist in contact with the first internship, at the Nucleus for the Promotion of Internationalists at the Vila Velha University (UVV) I had the opportunity to support the development of job vacancy surveys for all students on the course, with the support of the coordination, as well as being responsible for managing the Complementary Hours subject, present in the last period of graduation. As I also worked at the Academic Center, I had the opportunity to connect students' demands to coordination in a more accessible way. In the Núcleo I was able to contribute to the creation of the instagram social network for the course
