As a Laboratory Assistant during the period of August 2022 to December 2022, my responsibilities primarily centered around facilitating the specific heat of fusion experiment for five distinct groups. In this role, I not only provided instructional support but also played a pivotal role in assessing the individual contributions of each member within these groups.My tasks involved tutoring the groups, ensuring they comprehensively understood the intricacies of the experiment. Additionally, I administered pre-tests to gauge their baseline knowledge before the experiment commenced. Throughout the experiment, I closely monitored each group's progress, offering guidance and clarification where needed.
