NH3 Terminal Storage Area Project - UK:Bid and FEED activities for a large scale ammonia storage facility:- Led the civil engineering team in preparing bid proposal. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop winning bids. Conducted the FEED activities for civil and structural engineering.Chemicals Ammonia Plant :- Led a team of engineers designers in designing the storage tank secondary container and its foundation, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards. Artic LNG 2 Project – Russia – Novatek - 2.5 B$ contractEPC, civil engineering activities for 3 GBS part of LNG production plant of 6.5MTPY capacity:- Developed the Finite Element Model (FEM) of the GBS concrete structure and implemented the database, including geometry, loading, design group properties, and requirements for post-processing. Led 2 Engineers in structural finite element analysis (FEA) simulations and design, encompassing static and dynamic behaviors such as impact, thermal and blast analyses, as well as stress analysis, structural optimization.

Artic LNG 2 Project – Russia – NovatekFeed phase:- Performed sensitivity studies related to design parameters using ABAQUS, such as mesh sizing and type (shell-solids).

NRP5 Al-Zour Project – Kuwait – KNPC - 1.3 B$ contract EPC, Steel Structural detailed design for offshore structures located on the liquid export terminal. - Developed the design and calculation reports of steel structure modules using STAADPro software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Reviewed, validated, and followed up on detailed drawings, ensuring adherence to design standards and guidelines. Mentored and provided guidance to 2 junior engineers in project specification and structural analysis, facilitating their professional development.EGINA Project – NIGERIA – TOTAL - 3 B$ contract E&C, Structural detailed design for subsea structures positioned at the extremities of risers (8 top and 8 bottom assemblies) in a deep-water field (1460m).- Developed the design and preparation of calculation reports for bottom assemblies structures using SACS software, focusing on operating, lifting, and transportation analysis. Developed welding connections calculations and Gooseneck design using ABAQUS software, as well as miscellaneous designs such as clamping systems and padeyes.

Onshore Projects for proposal & EPC within Civil department - Developed technical instructions related to wind loads in accordance with Eurocodes. Performed feasibility studies by estimating materials costs and identifying sourcing requirements to determine project viability. Prepared material lists for various civil engineering projects. Performed structural analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures in the role of a support engineer.UTBS and LPG & LDHP Projects – ALGERIA – SONATRACH – 2 B$ Contracts, Steel Structure Construction Activities, 12.000 tons of Structure.As a Steel Structure Field Engineer (Algeria - 2 Years on-site):- Provided technical support to steel structure construction team, and modifications to technical documentation in response to site queries. Updated and tracked quantities, allocation, and release of materials, and conducted technical feasibility analysis. Collaborated with site manager, and sub-contractors to identify and resolve technical issues. Ensured strong adherence to safety, quality control, and procurement standards. Prepared weekly progress reports and contributed to project planning and scheduling.Coordinated with the technical Algerian control office to ensure successful implementation of recommendations.As a Steel Structure Engineer based in Saipem Paris Head office, Civil Engineering Activities for Onshore Oil Stabilization Plant (UTBS) and Onshore Liquid Petroleum Gas Plant (LPG & LDHP):-Utilized STAADPro software to design and prepare calculation reports for a variety of steel structures, including pipe racks and shelters.Developed calculations for bolted connection of steel structures, while ensuring compliance with standards and codes. Reviewed and validated engineering documents related to steel structures, including calculation reports and detailed drawings, both internally and with subcontractors.
