I was the first Director for The Canterbury Enterprise Hub, established by the University of Kent and SEEDA (SE Enterprise Development Agency), to work with innovative and high growth potential start-ups, increasing their survival rates. The hub provides business, technology and financial needs by offering tailored business support services, access to finance and flexible easy-in/easy-out office and laboratory accommodation (where available). Most of the business support services are included in the rent. The hub especially (but not only) focuses on Biomedical Technologies and Security start-ups.

Maayan Ventures was the first technology incubator in Israel, located in the Negev region, close to Ben-Gurion University. It was founded with US philanthropic funds and raised matching government funds to support start-ups.
