As an Executive HRM at GE Transportation, a joint venture of Ministry of Railways and GE Transportation, I manage human resources through innovative technical interventions. I am responsible for overseeing HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance for a large and diverse workforce. I have a master's degree in human resources management from Jamia Millia Islamia, where I qualified the UGC NET JRF exam with excellent grades. I also have a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering, which gives me a strong technical background and understanding of the transportation industry. I have over two years of experience in HR, including working as an HR ops Specialist at Amazon, where I handled HR operations and contingent workforce management for one of the largest fulfillment centers in India. My core competencies include industrial relations, HR analytics, training and development, and employee relations. I have successfully implemented several HR initiatives and projects that improved employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. I have also received multiple awards and recognition for my academic and co-curricular achievements.
