Contract consultant for the Installation & Training Department specifically dealing with more sensitive clients and difficult client implementation. Provided business systems analysis for both new and established clients. Responsible for data-mapping during new client implementation process. Made recommendations to development based on client needs. Wrote business requirements for platform iterations.Responsible for developing all training material and documentation for loan origination product. Liaison between Installation and Development Teams for this product and assisted development with QA testing prior to each release. Communicated post-production issues to QA and the developers. Member of the Conception Team for next generation of loan origination product.Other responsibilities included on-site training and implementation of Credit Union software, and onsite or web-based system upgrades.
