Exposure to lead external personnel in a quick paced environment further improved my leadership skills in terms of diplomacy, flexibility and empathy.Specialist activities:Client's project management representative for site quality inspections, audits, expediting, production and fabrication surveys on projects for the Power and Oil&Gas industry across Europe. Supervision of contractors' and vendors' inspectors in order to verify contractual requirements implementation imposed by client.Major energy companies represented: Total, Electricite de France, ENI, Petroleum Development Oman, General Electrics and Alstom.

Main achievement:As member of the specialist core team of engineers, participated and delivered major offshore projects ahead schedule and within budget. The major one was Mexilhao pipeline installation in Brazil, completed ahead schedule, therefore reduced offshore campaign.Leadership activities:Coordination of international suppliers' inspection personnel on projects on global scale for major energy companies as Petrobras, Statoil, Total. Main achievement:Created the business process and established the team for quality control management at newly founded welding laboratory in Croatia. Achieved increased efficiency of budget utilization and schedule optimization in delivering projects for major clients as Shell, BP, Exxon, Total, Agip, Conoco Phillips and others.Leadership activities:As team leader of quality control personnel created individual personal development plans which resulted in having a team of highly qualified and certified experts which enforced the new laboratory's credibility and capability in achieving customers' expectations.Specialist activities:Preparation of budgets, inspection philosophies, technical queries and clarifications for quality control activities according to clients' specifications and procedures in bidding and production phase for each project. With this hands-on experience I have gained valuable knowledge not only about specific technical topics but business negotiations and economical aspects of projects as well.Responsible for contractor management end-to-end process.Strong and effective collaboration with internal partners, global and local interdisciplinary teams, client and contractor representatives and local authorities led me to achieve results quickly and in accordance to policies of all mentioned stakeholders.
