As part of the HS senior management Team, Larice is responsible for the development, sourcing and merchandising of all HS products in the clothing, footware, homewares and manchester categories. She leads a team of 65 people in Australia and 30 people based in Shanghai.Larice manages a large portfolio of National and In-house HS Brands which reflect lifestyle aspirations across the significant range of HS fashion products. A recent highlight was the introduction of the Simply Vera Very Wang range of products exclusive to Harris Scarfe in Australia.Another significant achievement has been the ongoing improvement of HS store formats and in-store merchandising best represented by the new Adelaide City flagship store opened in 2013.
