Working with people of all ages and backgrounds in this role has increase my emotional maturity and ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities increased when I worked full-time over the summer of 2021, and I was trusted with more administration tasks within the company.

Cash handling, memorisation of orders and customer service were a few among the many skills I developed during my time as a barista. At the age of 16, I was trusted to run the shop floor on my own and train new partners much older than myself.
