The goal of Naturskyddsföreningen's trainee program is to equip young people passionate about the environment with knowledge and tools necessary to carry out a project in collaboration with the local branches of the organization. Together with the SSNC's marketing and communications departments, I conducted a digital campaign commemorating the International Day for Biological Diversity. The campaign was aimed at increasing the number of the organization's members by generating leads. The project encompassed ideation, production of communication materials, campaign launch, and evaluation of the campaign's results.

My primary task during my internship at ENGO Race For The Baltic was creating different kinds of communication materials and visual content, e.g. reports, presentations, infographics, brochures, posters, etc. I was also helping with planning and organization of events with RFTB’s key stakeholders (municipalities, research institutions, businesses) within their Baltic Sea City Accelerator Club. Apart from that, I was providing research and monitoring support to project managers. For instance, I was tasked with examining manure management practices of the Russian poultry farms located near the Gulf of Finland.

One of my main responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant at Mazda was to coordinate communication between team members, other departments and organizations. In addition to that, I had to ensure that dealers’ communication was in line with the brand guidelines. I also worked a lot with my department’s document flow and developed documentation of internal procedures. When I was promoted to Digital Marketing Specialist at Mazda, the focus of my tasks shifted towards working with digital campaigns. Aside from launching and managing them, I tracked their performance and analyzed their results. I was also responsible for preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations based on the data from web analytics tools and internal databases.

During my internship at Saatchi & Saatchi I assisted my colleagues in communication with clients and media outlets. I was also responsible for transcribing focus groups, helping with market analysis and performing other administrative tasks.
