Residential Customer Value Management Work Unit is responsible for planning and execution of all CRM and Xsell/Upsell campaigns directed toward both fixed and mobile residential customers of Hrvatski Telekom. Additionally, this unit is responsible for the implementation of tools neccessary for campaign management, data mining modules, different customer value measurements and internal segmentations.

- Development of marketing strategy- Development of marketing propositions plans- Planning and forecasting of marketing KPI's- Analysis of internal and external market developments in Croatia and WE/CEE countries- Leading strategic projects

- Define and implement market segments in the systems- Deciding on appropriate market segments for targeted actions within marketing area- Conducting market research and steering of marketing strategy based on the results- Development of DWH system according to the marketing needs- Choosing the most appropriate BI tools- Analyzing of internal customer data in order to understand customer behavior and suggest possible actions, recognize trends, recognize the most profitable customers and segment customers- Creating regular and ad hoc reports- Managing and educating DWH users from marketing area
