Specifically in Immunology areas and Malaria research focused on the study of molecular mechanisms of immune responses and development of malaria vaccine candidates. Knowledge and experimental background in cellular immunology and molecular biology include, DNA cloning and sub cloning, gene targeting-vector construction, mammalian cell culture, antibody screening assays, flow cytometry procedures and experience working with laboratory animals models. Well versed in designing and conducting experimental procedures.
