As Senior Account Manager, I am responsible for equally supporting the customer, sales, and production, acting as primary contact, and managing incoming R&D, design, print ,and communication projects. Partnering with Account Executives and Senior Leadership, my primary focus is to assist in growing current customer reliability and depth of service interaction. On a daily basis, I coordinate with customers and internal design/development teams to creatively design elements and materials to effectively produce printed elements of marketing projects. This includes managing seasonal marketing campaigns through the production process, and communicate internally and externally for specification validation, problem resolution, and project status.On a company level, I represent the Account Management team in interactions with company management and leadership teams. On a more focused level, I oversee, mentor and advocate for six Account Managers as a team lead.
