Upstream & downstream processing at R&D (both early and late stage development): Developing scalable, pharmaceutical-grade production processes for viral vaccines which are transferred into GMP production facilities. Activities: - SPOC of the team: (1) first point of contact for the lab team, (2) assessing whether experiments are feasible, (3) managing the lab team in case of process - Bioreactor work at various scales (1-50 L), AdVac and RNA platform development, bacterial growth experiments (batch/fed-batch).- Lead of data review team for the validation of GMP data for emergency submission of COVID-19- Developing data warehouse structure and templates for data collection, storing and visualizing - Updating, improving and writing experimental procedures - Project lead in various (scientific) projects in both R&D and GMP facilities- Subject matter expert (SME) of the 50L Bioreactor equipment & process
