I also provide up-to-the-minute updates on the news via "Bemidji Now," the website I helped create to bring a digital edge to a group of radio stations that has won many awards, including the National Association of Broadcaster's Crystal Award six times. While "News Director" in other markets may mean just the anchor, I am anchor and news gatherer all in one. As a peer-consultant, I would see fellow students and go over their papers with them. Our motto: We don't make better writing. We make better writers.
