Experity/Docutap EMRSanitize triage equipment and rooms after each patient Perform federal and non-federal UDS for patients and fill out COC forms properly for the patient and their employerGather all patient information such as: patient history/family history/social history/current medications, then obtain vitals and chief complaint for the visit/symptomsChart vitals and information provided by the patient/person representing the patientReview incoming faxes and route them to physician if necessary Complete prior authorizations for medications through fax or CoverMyMedsAdminister IM/Subcutaneous injections instructed by physician and properly log the administration into the patient’s chartPerform X-Rays when instructed by physicianPerform blood draws (on pediatric, adult, and elderly patients), EKGs and spirometry testing when instructed by physicianRun COVID, Flu, Strep, RSV, Mono, HcG, and UA’s in office and log all testingPrepare patient and room for any minor procedure the physician may need to perform Call patients with imaging/lab results and relay information or instructions provided by the physician to give to the patient Perform inventory for all supplies for clinic and fill out supply orders every weekMake appointments and answer office phone calls Run quality controls at beginning and end of shift on the necessary lab equipment (CBC machine, BMP machine, etc)Always follow HIPAA guidelines for every patient
