Larissa Gilpatrick holds a BA in Business - Corporate Accounting from ASU and an AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Santa Rosa Junior College. Her work experience has spanned from California to Germany with a variety of analytical roles. She is experienced in AP/AR processing & reconciliation, GL balancing, wire transfers, and GAAP reporting as well as holds two years of experience in different operation roles that focused on effective and efficient supply chain management and technological integration. Larissa currently works as a Corporate Accounting Manager for Instructure, an international learning platform provider. Her role is ever evolving, but focuses on reconciliations, reporting, process improvements and management. She manages cost capitalization and company-wide PPE and works actively with auditors on maintaining SOX compliance and preparing financial statement footnotes. She plays an active role in M&A migrations and software integrations/reimplimentions. Prior to Instructure, she worked as an Accounting Specialist for Exchange Bank where she cultivated experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable, reconciliations, vendor management, journal entries, wire transfers and regulatory reporting. While Larissa enjoys working in collaboration with a team, her focus and drive excel in independent roles as well. She has been praised for her quick learning, analytical mind, and team working attitude.
