I am an industrial engineer with more than eight years of experience in controlling, planning and logistics, working in companies in the grain and motorcycle parts segment. My goal is to solve problems and generate value for clients, using key performance indicators, analytical tools and agile methodologies.I am currently a management assistant at KED Motoparts, a leading company in the motorcycle parts and accessories market. In this position, I work on strategic planning for POS, events and campaigns with the marketing team, in addition to implementing improvement actions to optimize logistics costs. I am also responsible for developing management and inventory controls, ensuring the efficiency and quality of processes. I am studying an MBA in Agile Project Management at XP Educação, with the aim of improving my skills in leadership, innovation and collaboration. Furthermore, I am interested in technology and front-end development, having taken courses and certifications in programming, design thinking and Figma.
