Internship at the Youth Café in Nairobi, Kenya. Responsible for Stakeholder Management and Donor Relations. Special focus on developing partnerships and sourcing funding opportunities for Leadership Center (project in the pre-implementation stage). Guided one-hour tourist tours through the canals of Amsterdam. While being the tour guide, sales executive and hostess, I acquired proficiencies in customer relationship management, public speaking and sales. The guided tours in English, Spanish and Dutch fostered my language skills and expanded my knowledge of intercultural communication. Working in this profession, I gained experience in the operational procedures of a company, marketing and sales. Ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as developing long-term relationships and boosting the sales of the company were part of this very flexible job.-responsible for guiding the one-hour tour through the canals, communication with the guests, managing the sales on the boat-developing customer relationships by a friendly and customer-oriented working approach -motivation, endurance and friendliness

Responsible for goods received and sales. Working in a private perfumery, I obtained knowledge in customer orientation, sales and marketing. Building customer satisfaction and managing customer relationships were from highest priority. Product knowledge, sales and marketing strategies were acquired due to regular trainings.

Taking care of the two kids and the household. During my time in Spain I managed to learn the language Spanish fluently. Working as an AuPair, I acquired skills in endurance, flexibility and communication. Fast adaption to a new culture and a new environment.
