Participated in select additional legislative and regulatory efforts to advance zero-emission transportation solutions.- Tapped for an expat assignment in London, UK (fall 2018 - spring 2020) to advance clean air, transportation, and clean energy by collaborating with local team, external partners, and UK/EU governmental bodies, adding to efforts establishing an air monitoring network in London and successfully advocating for a UK commitment to 100% sales of heavy-duty vehicles by 2040.- Designated lead attorney for several California Public Utilities Commission proceedings related to energy storage, utility vehicle-grid integration pilots, electric vehicle policy, integrated distributed energy resources, demand response, and time-of-use rates, resulting in key outcomes such as the largest utility electric vehicle program in the country.

Supported Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Environment, and completed tasks related to that office, including researching cases and statutes to assess environmental compliance of DOE’s activities, providing advice and opinions on environmental integrity and environmental justice considerations related to contaminated sites operated by the DOE, and editing documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and citation conventions.
