I have worked to solve communication problems in companies, working on internal and corporate communication, press/ influencers/ consumers relations, and marketing strategy (procedural flows, documentation, and planning models included). I collaborated with the development of customer service and/or customer relationship programs. I also developed solutions in specific services, such as copywriting, field coverage and public relations. Clients served: Straye Brasil, a streetwear American brand, Baked Potato (bakedpotato.com.br), a food company focused on baked potatoes, and (together with the Conteu.do agency) AMATA (www.instagram.com/amatabrasil), a low-grade wood management company impact, and Instituto Ame Sua Mente, focused on mental health.

The Digitalization Portfolio is an inspiring and empowering project for women in technology. This was the 2nd batch destinated to a diverse and inclusive group of 30 women, with cisgender and transgender women from technical and university courses, from 10 Brazilian states and different generations (from 18 at 46). Through the project, women are actively learning notions about the software development life cycle, Scrum methodology, Java, JS, REACT, Python, ABAP, software quality, UX and Design. The group participated in collective programming sessions and received mentoring with women working in technical areas at SAP Labs Latin America. They also have the support of SAP Human Resources with tips for curriculum, LinkedIn and interviews, and participate in training on presentation, feedback and emotional intelligence.

Besides that, I created strategy plans and managed content for two clients, Elo (open banking) and Mercado Livre (social innovation).
