Larissa Muldoon Email and Phone Number
With over 10 years’ experience of playing rugby at an International and Provincial level, I have proven myself to be a highly organised and disciplined leader, whose motivation and attention to detail has enabled me to consistently achieve success at the highest level, both on and off the field.I am now looking to transition this on field knowledge and previous experience into developing Women’s Rugby to the highest standard in Leinster and Ireland.I have always had a passion for the development and inclusion of Women in Sport. My current role, allows me to implement and manage a clear strategy that connects our participation and promotional programmes in schools, universities, clubs and communities, to encourage and engage more females into sport. My enthusiastic communication and leadership skills, assist me in achieving and delivering results while ensuring best practice is being carried out. I have a proven record in managing and developing teams successfully across multiple sports and in various organisations, for example; Ospreys, Cardiff Blues Rugby, the Gaelic Athletic Association and currently Leinster Rugby.Throughout my rugby career, I have developed skills necessary to perform under pressure and the ability to balance on and off field activities. Outside of work and playing rugby, I have a passion for travelling, camping and anything outdoors! However, spending quality time with friends and family are the key to my balance in life!My greatest achievements to date have been representing Ireland in two Rugby World Cups and winning two Six Nations titles, including the historic Grand Slam win in 2013. These accomplishments have steered my mission to provide females a pathway and opportunity to have a lifelong rugby experience within all facets of the game, inspired and promoted by positive role models.
