- Analysis and release of shipping samples according to shipping priority and quality criteria; - Follow-up of productions, analyzing ready dates, inspections, laboratory tests and shipment; - Request inspections and laboratory tests according to the needs of each order and supplier; - Negotiations and preparation of daily reports in English for international suppliers (China and India); - Feeding and querying data in the SAP, Monday.com and Excel systems; - Analysis of current stock (turnover) and comparisons with previous stocks by SKUs; - Constant contact with the product teams (women's, men's, knitwear, printing, home & footwear) for guidance and adjustment of the quality aspects of the articles, such as: touch, appearance, fit, color (pantone or cutting), density, weight, between others; - Consultation of previous customer complaints to make a decision; - Coordination of sector tasks, directing priorities for the team, providing support in physical analyzes (shipping samples) and laboratory reports.

- Planning and analysis of the entire production process (production flow); - Calculation of production capacity and negotiation of delivery times with customers, studying case by case; - Control of raw material and finished product stocks according to demand; - Support to creative and sales teams in product development and approval of collections, with an emphasis on quality and productivity; - Technical assistance focused on analyzing and resolving customer complaints, searching for the root cause, customer history and developing continuous improvement; - Development of suppliers, price negotiation, issuance of invoices and deadlines; - Follow-up of raw material imports; - Team management through the distribution of tasks and people management; - Carrying out cost calculations, registering new articles (yarns and fabrics) and feeding spreadsheets.

- I participated in a voluntary project from the AIESEC institution called Startup Unicorns Project in Egypt, where I worked on a drone training startup (Arab Tech) in the digital marketing area. - I helped with the creation of the startup's marketing plan, and contributed to improving the website through content and graphic design suggestions.
