About Larissa Winchell

I left the Corporate Finance world in July 2024 to start my own interior design company. Currently taking courses through the Interior Design Institute and building my portfolio. I plan to fully launch Dynamic Design KC in early 2025.Business Background:I graduated with my Masters in Accounting from K-State in 2003 and passed the CPA exam shortly thereafter. I was at PwC for a year and a half and then went to work for Inergy as a Financial Reporting Analyst. Over my almost 10 yr career at Inergy (now Crestwood) I was promoted to Senior Financial Reporting Analyst and Financial Reporting Manager. In 2014 I left Crestwood to start up a new FP&A department at Optiv (formerly FishNet Security, name changed due to merger with Accuvant in January 2015). In my career at Optiv I have progressed from Manager, FP&A to Director, FP&A and VP, FP&A with experience running the FP&A, BI, and Data Science teams at Optiv.
