I am authentically people-driven and fundamentally wired to make things better and help others. (For any Enneagram fans, I’m a 1w2!) I value both the work and how it's done—the deliverables matter, and so do the attitude and approach. I am intentional in everything I do and communicate, believing that kindness, curiosity, and critical thinking are always essential. I consider myself a lifelong learner and advocate for giving and receiving feedback—it’s a powerful and often underutilized tool that people and companies must embrace in order to thrive.I believe teamwork and interpersonal communication are critical in every role and situation. Being able to listen well, communicate effectively, collaborate, demonstrate self-awareness, embrace different perspectives, navigate differences, and have tough conversations enables us to be our best selves and do our best work. I look at both the big picture and the small details—a comprehensive approach allows us to better understand ‘the why’ to anticipate challenges and problem-solve effectively.
