Social Impact Entrepreneur, Larissa is the visionary and founder of Mission Makers, a startup aimed at empowering impact agents by creating personalized journeys of personal development using AI, for the realization of ESG missions in the form of challenges, immersions, games, experiences, and festivals around the world.Larissa spent 10 years at Deloitte in sustainability and innovation as an Intrapreneur, being the visionary and founder of Match & Matters, a social network for business matches (connections to generate business) and to promote positive impact, considered Deloitte's Social Impact Business and later became the Open Innovation platform of Deloitte.Aiming to promote organizational culture for innovation and support startups in the network, Larissa co-created the WorldClass Mentoring, Deloitte's first mentoring program for startups, events like Matchmaking Match & Matters, and developed programs powered by Match & Matters such as the Covid-19 Campaign and Call4Startups, held in partnership with the Learning Village, where she is one of the focal points for relationships.As a co-founder at DotHub, the first innovation hub within Deloitte offices globally, Larissa was responsible for Open Innovation, facilitating connections between startups, partners, and other members in the ecosystem.With a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the University of São Paulo and certified in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Toronto, she has over 13 years of experience in Sustainability, Innovation, and Social Impact. Larissa has experiences in startup implementation, circular economy, personal development, and has worked with SMEs, associations, NGOs, and organized civil society organizations, which today practically assist her in understanding the challenges in business relations between companies and organizations of different sizes and natures.
