Passionate for Destination Marketing, my current role in ITI Digital encompasses digital marketing strategy for different channels, project management, and customer success. My current projects include social media strategy, Facebook and Google Ads, SEO, email automation and newsletter, website and blog management.Native to Brazil, I have been in the Travel Industry for over 8 years. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Universidade Federal de São Carlos, a scholarship for the International Qualification Program at Newcastle College in the UK, and a MBA in Digital Business from Universidade de São Paulo, one of the most renowned Universities of Latin America. My experience includes travel sales, customer service, consulting, and digital marketing specializing in tourism for both B2C and B2B markets. I've been working with USA destinations for the past few years, which gave me great knowledge of the market.Out of the work, I'm an avid traveler and outdoors enthusiast! So, nothing like working with what you love right? I also love studying history and psychology. Ah, and I have a little dog named Bud. :)
