Side by Side is not just a team of dancers, but a group of tightly knit people with a variety of cultures, dreams, and backgrounds, sharing their time and energy through dance and community presence. Through their dance, they hope to inspire people to follow their dreams, reach out to one another, and to live their life to the fullest potential.

Side by Side Presents "Murmuration"-Organized over 80 performers, managed all marketing efforts including design, successfully funded kickstarter, raised over $6,000 for local community festival, and managed all venue operations. Side by Side Japan Relief Dance Showcase-Organized over 50 performers, managed all marketing efforts, managed venue operations, raised over $5,000 for Japan Relief.

o Built community for over 70 first-year residents, through programming, social initiation, and personal growth. o Served as RHA liaison, hall council liaison, and social justice liaison attending weekly meetings, initiating programs, and bettering hall and floor community as a whole. o Served as emergency on call paraprofessional for residence hall community.o Managed Front desk duties, working with over twenty one other staff members in order to create a more cohesive and smoothly running community.
