- Oversee a portfolio of events including but not limited to: CF24, motionballU, Marathon of Sports- Provide on-site and pre-event support at motionball Toronto Signature events: Gala, Marathon of Sport, Forty Fore Fall Classic and others- Assist in the execution of the Annual General Meeting- Support motionball’s volunteer Event Directors across Canada in the planning and execution of 3-4 Marathon of Sport events (travel within Canada will be required)- Oversee and coordinate digital media strategies, including social media, websites, and email marketing for all motionball properties (Galas, Marathon of Sport, motionballU, CF24, #NoGoodWay)- Monitor and report on website, email, and social media responses- Create and design promotional/marketing materials and toolkits- Create and update content schedules and templates for volunteer Committees- Support motionball Chapters with their local social media initiatives- Support motionball Chapters with local advertising and promotion in their communities- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to collect content from all of motionball’s event properties- Work closely with motionball’s Public Relations firm to promote events and initiatives- Provide support to motionball’s annual #NoGoodWay anti-bullying campaign

-Support all aspects of event planning while meeting strict deadlines and working within budget-Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and stakeholders-Proactively identify and become proficient in digital event platforms-Conduct technology platform demos, make selections, prepare reports on recommendations-Coordinate and facilitate logistics for events, including development of critical path, site preparation, catering, entertainment, transportation, décor, marketing materials, and onsite event execution (virtual or in-person)-Support event registration and on-going communication with event attendees-Attend committee meetings, board meetings, and conference calls and take minutes-Support risk management development and contingency plans, anticipating attendee needs and preparing against potential risks-Source suppliers and negotiate for best value-Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reporting to clients and management as needed-Maintain up-to-date databases (sponsorship, attendee, membership, etc.)-Coordinate marketing initiatives including but not limited to e-blasts, call campaigns, manage website updates, registration drives, social media posts, etc.
