As Receptionist for Mitsui & Co. Europe London office, it was my role to see to meeting room bookings and taking care of all guests visiting the office in liaison with our staff members. Alongside the basic reception duties of answering calls, emails and greeting guests; my duties also included ad hoc administration, arranging appropriate visa applications, golf course bookings and other facilities admin.

Being the front of house receptionist to multiple tenanted building across the City and West End. This was a role constantly adapting to the size and requirements of different office buildings, with tasks ranging from signing in guests and operating switchboards to dealing with contractors and the supervision of tenants/buildings. My favourite opportunity with Savills would be covering the reception desk for Canopius in the Lloyds building.

It is my role to support the management team by attending events and making sure operations run smoothly. My job roles can range from registration of runners, on course support and encouragement and taking photos of the runners at the finish line. Team work and communication is essential in this role as well as using my initiative to encourage others and get jobs done.

As a food and beverage senior host it is my duty to ensure the everyday operations of the restaurant run smoothly and support the team both customer facing and in food preparation. Alongside this it is also my responsibility to ensure correct stock is ordered without over spending and that staff have breaks when appropriate. I work closely with the Team Leaders and Restaurant manager to make sure we work efficiently as a team and as a unit. Other responsibilities include morning set ups of the restaurant making sure it is ready for service and running clean downs to a high standard.
