I lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and testers, overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept to release while ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and user needs. My role is to work with various stakeholders to obtain buy in for buy in for Product Roadmap devised from analysis of existing product and alignment with overall product strategy. I work on new functionality and amendments to existing functionality to ensure that the talent management requirements of our clients are catered for with a deep understanding of a return on investment approach.I work with the development and QA teams to ensure we are releasing high quality solutions by providing them with detailed requirements and working alongside them during the development cycle following an Agile approach championing SCRUM ceremonies.

My role was to work within the Professional Services team with existing and new clients to understand their HR recruitment and performance processes and develop electronic workflows to support existing processes. It involves interactions with key stakeholders and end users to understand their business drivers and success metrics and configure a solution to assist in their achievement.A requirement is to Project Manage large pieces of work including budget tracking and management of scope changes, timelines and project deliverables. Work is translated using key business documents including business requirements documents, scope of work documents and general reports.Another component to the role is systems training of internal staff, new clients and upskilling existing clients.As part of my dual role I am also required to manage the Support Desk. This included the development of a business process to manage the issues/queries that are being received and also hiring the team to complete the day to day ticket management. I am required to action any escalations from the client or internal clients and ensure we are meeting committed Service Level Agreements.The role sees me regularly engaging with the Development Team to translate issues and understand solutions.I am required to understand trends in issue generation and develop strategic and operational reports that I then present to key stakeholders within the business.

My role was to conduct regular reviews on current processes or systems to identify areas that could benefit from improvement. This was conducted with the assistance of key stakeholders and subject matter experts. Upon investigation I would be responsible for providing recommendations on improvements or changes and obtaining the relevant approval for implementation. When approval was provided I would be responsible for designing the implication strategy and coordinating relevant parties.My responsibilities also included designing and writing the process to support the change and also either designing the training to accompany the change or working with the training team to design the training. This would often include conducting relevant training sessions with end users and management teams.Effectively communicating to end users and key stakeholders about upcoming changes and being a contact point for the business should any issues arise was also something that I managed. This included any post implementation analysis.Another of my tasks included recruitment systems design and build using the ATS eRecruit. I would be responsible for meeting with clients and potential clients to scope their needs for recruitment automation software. Post discussions I would propose a systems design to meet their needs and upon approval I would work with the client to build their requirements into an automated system used to track applicants and candidates.The role required me to design training sessions and training material to be used both internally and externally with the client. I would also conduct the training sessions and be the contact should there be any issues with the system or changes that need to be implemented.

Working within the specific Project Division of Chandler Macleod I was responsible for the day to day management of the bulk recruitment software system eRecruit. I was working both internally with the Chandler Macleod staff and externally with the client using the software on site.The specific client was a large oil and gas company managing a bulk recruit for a new site off the WA coast. I was responsible for ensuring that their ATS system was working efficiently and providing them with the necessary reporting for their major stakeholders.At times this including working with them to scope their changing needs, designing system changes and building the system to their requirements. Coordinating the UAT of the system changes with the client was part of the change process including building the corresponding reporting.I was also responsible for designing, writing and implementing all training material and training programs internally and externally.

I was selected as a representative from the business to become a system expert in a newly acquired recruitment management system that was being implemented within the business, MS Dynamics. I was trained directly by the software provided for a period of 3 months on secondment and was required to be the business expert and a resource to the business on system support.I was included from requirement stage through to UAT and management of enhancements to base core systems product.Planning, scheduling and co-ordinating high standards of training to businesses trainers and staff members was part of my role. I needed to ensure consistent on the ground training in all branches on a national basis and establish and maintain a training community for Trainers and providing collaboration, teamwork and support.I designed and developed training guides and materials for end-users incorporating business rules and standard business processes. Reviewing and updated this material as required by liaising with major stakeholders within the company to ensure training is specific to the relevant Job Roles and identify any gaps.Post implementation within the business I was responsible for learning the product Storyline to transfer my systems and training knowledge from a face to face style to an eLearning style. This reduced the time taken to successfully onboard a new starter to the business and have them working independently on the system.

I was employed as a Recruitment Consultant within the blue collar business to recruit a variety of roles for a variety of clients. I quickly moved from a general Recruitment Consultant to an Account Manager managing the business for a major airline caterer. I was responsible for managing the day to day rostering of 120 plus candidates on site ensuring that they were working in the appropriate areas and abiding by the required fatigue management standards.I worked with the client directly on site and was required to recruit new staff to ensure coverage meeting the clients needs.
