Provided project management coaching expertise to "intensive care" client projects in the telecommunications industry securing outcomes of improved customer satisfaction and successful multi-year contract renewals. Provided project management expertise for the customer data refresh program across the Marketing Evolution company resulting in the generational transformation to a continuous data services architecture for marketing services analytics delivery.

Perform program and project management duties for Oracle Procure to Pay initiatives in NAM, EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Supported Oracle Cloud Migration Strategy initiatives for Source to Contract and Procure to Pay.

 Led team transition at IBM from Waterfall to Agile software development implementing custom SCRUM stand-up template, Release plan template, Kanban board and Burn-down chart in IBM Rational Tool Concert. These agile development tools have led to the successful development of software Releases every eight to ten weeks on time and within the confines of an annual $6M U.S equivalent budget. Led team in the successful Big Data migration from a third party search engine to IBM’s own Watson Explorer Big Data search engine resulting in significant costs savings for IBM.  Led cross geography teams at IBM in the mobile software development of a hybrid mobile app on the IBM Worklight architecture for both IOS and Android platforms. Established precedent of excellence with processes and procedures for agile, mobile software development that can be leveraged for follow-on work.

Led custom application development release cycles over a span of three years for a major gas and electric distribution utility in the mid-west. Led the team as it made program enhancements to the production suite of work & asset management application solutions: MAXIMO Asset and Management, Ventyx mobile dispatch and custom middleware messaging system called SOA.

Provided consulting services that resulted in the design and development of a ground breaking solution in IBM Maximo 7.1 that performed life cycle software license management for licensed software used at IBM. The Production solution is currently the World Wide tool used to track Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat Products, Sterling Software Products and more at IBM.

Performed consulting services on a systems integration project for a major gas and electric, transmission and distribution utility in the Mid West. The consulting services included functional analysis and technical configuration for large scale utility capital design and geographic information system.

Performed complex release project management duties for a team of more than twenty (20) consultants while delivering functional enhancements to the main Sprint and Nextel Customer Service Solution Interactive Voice Response System.
