• Calculate broker commissions per ESID from broker commission reports • Independently run scheduled reports and data uploads to meet deadlines for internal and external stakeholders • Write clear business requirements for developers to streamline; to make processes automated and eliminate superfluous data • Validate data obtained from various sources to confirm report data and information meets business needs and are accurate • UAT on implemented automated processes to ensure the data is flawless before production • Analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements • Work with other teams or departments to implement process improvement requirements based on critical process needs

• Manage claim resolution process for assigned supplier lines • Justify claim dollars through various calculations and SPA agreements • Function as liaison between purchasing, data services, supplier relations and supplier for claim resolution • Identify process improvement opportunities • Assist with bringing other vendors into centralized support for claim reconciliation • Run more complex SQL queries to aid in research • Participate in weekly supplier calls to collaborate and ensure alignment

• Scrub files and upload millions of dollars in payments to customer’s accounts on a daily basis • Improve manual processes to be automated, enhancing time efficiency • Test processes to identify any gaps, errors, or missing requirements for specified implementation • Analysis of credit balances and transactional data for Commercial Industrial (C&I) and Mass Market accounts across all platforms • Work Cases and Heat Tickets for various customer inquiries • Clearly illustrate where particular credits derive from, through reconciliation and rigorous research • Application of refunds and voids in the Security Holding Account • Reconcile accounts including balancing accounts receivable and billing in order to find transaction data errors • Process adjustments in the Genesis/Oracle platform • Net-out accounts to eliminate certain transactional data • Document procedures with a goal of finding smarter and more efficient ways for processing

• Create and generate commercial contracts achieving a high percentage level of accuracy and efficiency in accordance to PUC regulations • Formulate reports, utilizing several functions and formulas in Excel, including calculations of commission claw backs/true-ups • Manage projects and develop strategies, presented in various spreadsheets, accomplishing maximum operational effectiveness and growth • Build and maintain relationships in markets that include medium to large sized corporations in Texas’s electricity market (ERCOT) • Forecast pricing to predict the spot and forward prices in wholesale electricity
