Principal of BaySys Technology, LLC. BaySys provides outsourcing/back office reconciliation to advisors and wealth management firms using Advent Axys & APX, PortfolioCenter, Morningstar Office & Finfolio. We have also developed a billing application that integrates with most portfolio management systems called BARS - Billing And Reporting Solution. BaySys can also provide custom software development services from integration between various systems to utility programs to cleanse and filter custodial data. We are experts at writing custom reports for Axys & APX including SSRS Reports.

Managed two teams - Data Management and Customer Service. The firm was an outsource provider to money managers who used Advent's Axys Portfolio Management system. The Data Management Team's function was to download transactions, positions/prices and process/reconcile the data and then distribute this data to our clients.Responsible for hiring/firing, staff development and coaching, developing metrics and assuring we were delivering promised levels of service per our SLA. Developed processes to automate and enhance our ability to manage more data with less staff.Developed training materials for Customer Service team, taught phone skills, developed systems for escalating tickets, educated staff on troubleshooting and analysys techniques.Also involved in technology regarding writing specifications for programs that would enable us to scale the business and automate daily processes. These would be handed off to our developers who would write the code.

Created Portfolio and Data Operations dept. - Responsible for development and implementation of a data management dept. that downloaded & reconciled data on Advent's Axys system for all remote brokers. At peak, reconciled data for 19,000 accounts for over 100 brokers on a daily basis with a staff of 3. Round Hill successfully used this service as a value added system to recruit brokers from the wire-houses and grow their assets. Department was spun off into Advent Outsource, which was eventually acquired by Advent Software.
