Electrical Project lead for Kiewit /Turner (a project specific joint venture) on the Denver Veteran’s Medical Facility, with over 2M sq-ft of finished space this state of the art campus type facility consist of 13 buildings on a 26 acre site. Coordination of estimating and budgetary efforts associated with the RFP and the finalization of the FFP contract and the associated negotiations. Oversight and management of the change management process and protocols for submittals, RFI,s variances, change order review / approval, SOV billings, FARR / VARR requirements, etc. Coordination and collaboration of the electrical infrastructure and the associated sub-contractors for the construction of this 2 M sq-ft / $1B modern hospital facility.
