Current• Responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements across seven business units, and distribution to members of management in key decision-making roles• Supervision of the monthly financial close process for a team of three full time accountants • Manage the maintenance of the general ledger by ensuring proper, accurate, and timely recording of transactions for Bowery venues • Review coding of operating and G&A expenses to ensure compliance with GAAP and AEG accounting policies• Develop and implement improved procedures and efficiencies for newly acquired venues• Serve as liaison between Accounting and Venue Management by leveraging relationship building and increased communication to set standard practices and resolve issuesProjects include:Opening of Brooklyn Steel April 2017 - Named one of 10 best live music venues in America by Rolling StoneOpening of Webster Hall April 2019 Forest Hills Tennis Stadium February 2020
