Responsible for the financial management, information technology, and front line customer service functions of a $75 million wholesale market center for the gift, home, and apparel industries servicing specialty retailers. Managed three debt and equity restructuring transactions for the company totaling $160 million. Completed a joint venture with a public REIT in a $250 million transaction. Negotiated contracts with various service vendors providing one time income improvements of $2.3 million and ongoing savings of $1.7 million. Supported CEO in negotiation of international consulting contracts and development of new business proposals for various start up mart businesses. Served as a board member on a joint venture technology subsidiary of the company.

Responsible for the financial management, human resources, and administrative functions of a start up business to business e-commerce company. Served as a director on the company's board and served as financial advisor. Raised $8 million in equity capital using three different funding structures.

Responsible for the financial planning and analysis of a $10.4 billion business unit consisting of nine major markets in Texas, Oklahoma, and Lousiana.
