Also oversaw the conversionof Deals stores into the multi-price point Family Dollar side or converted to Dollar Tree singleprice-point stores.The responsibilities as Vice President included the above while overseeing approximately 3Regional Directors and 3 Trainers and Merchandisers within the Southeastern and Mid-Atlanticregion of the company. Developed a detailed understanding of issues and trends for thecompany's product line in order to develop and execute a business plan to meet the objectivesboth customer-service wise, and company wise
