• Responsible for the daily multi-shift operation of Dynamics Test Facilities including supervision of 15 technicians, proper execution of all tests, and maintaining aggressive test schedules. Tests are performed on spacecraft components and systems with a value of up to $100 million. • Implement all changes, upgrades, and capital projects to vibration, acoustic, and shock test facilities. Responsible for new equipment technical evaluation and selection as well as integration into facility and workflow. • Manage all Newtown facility capital projects for on-site Test and Manufacturing Facilities. Currently managing nine projects with a total value of $3.7 million. • Instruct technicians on the operation of all vibration/acoustic test equipment as well as write and maintain equipment operating and maintenance procedures. • Test area Ground Processing Equipment Controller (GPEC). Responsible for writing test equipment maintenance procedures, performing maintenance, and tracking results using SAP. Responsible for maintaining the proper type and quantity of spare parts.• Test area Responsible Area Supervisor (RAS). Focal point for all activities in the Dynamics Test Facility. Primary interface to Facilities, Quality Department, Engineering Groups, and Program Management Offices. • Extensive experience in dynamic data acquisition systems, vibration and acoustic facility control systems, and dynamic data reduction.• Participate in various Structured Improvement Activities to improve Manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs. Participate in events to define new facility layout and design. Lockheed Martin Green Belt Certified.

• Designed, analyzed, and coordinated fabrication of dynamic mass models/fixtures for spacecraft dynamic tests. Analysis involved hand stress calculations, Finite Element Model (FEM) building using PDA Patran, and dynamic analysis using MSC/NASTRAN. • Performed modal survey (structural excitation) tests and Finite Element Model (FEM) correlation on spacecraft and sub-systems. Documented test results in test reports.
