Led a team of software, system, and controls engineers to develop and refine regulation algorithms for electrical power control modules (PCM). Defined, implemented and traced high-level system requirements to software functional requirements, assigned tasks and performed code reviews in a SCRUM environment.

Performed midyear and end-of-year reviews with the engineering staff including negotiating compensation and promotions. Led the hiring process including creating job descriptions, conducting phone screens and interviews (face-to-face and over video) and worked with the interviewing panel to determine candidate suitability.• Technical and R&D Lead – guided development of large research and development project combining multiple existing Raytheon Cyber R&D into unified deliverables.

• Independent Readiness Review Team (IRRT) Software Panel – performed risk assessment of space launch missions and report findings in pre-launch reviews to SMC Leadership. Conducted reviews on the Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) Atlas V and Delta IV boosters, SpaceX Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy, Heritage boosters such as Titan II, Delta II and Minotaur, and payloads including DSP, GPS, SBIRS, DMSP, Milstar, AEHF, WGS and selected space test programs.• Lead Software Engineer for Launch Services Mission Assurance – led a team in development of software and hardware solutions, conducted meetings, participated in hiring interviews, and provided status to upper management regarding mission progress. Participated in proposal creation, including cost estimation and justification. Reviewed and analyzed software requirements, design and implementation, and test and integration processes and products from an entire development life cycle. Performed data collection, manipulation, and reduction in support of analyses. Supported diverse Space Launch contractors such as SpaceX, Orbital ATK / NGIS by reviewing their software development processes and performing static and dynamic analysis of their flight software on behalf of NASA and the USAF Space and Missile Systems Center• Information Systems Security Officer - researched, developed, implemented and reviewed information security in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access. Performed desktop and server audits in concordance with DHS requirements on classified assets and networks. Managed user accounts and passwords and validated access requests against privileged user training records.

• Deputy Program Manager – gathered and recorded customer requirements, conducted customer meetings and managed action items. Guided teams of technicians and engineers through project implementation and testing. Created documentation, including software design documents (SRS, SDD, SDP, STP, STD, etc.) and interfaced with customer technical team for acceptance. Created training material and user manuals, conducted training for military and commercial customers.
